Operation Scheme of Artificial Turf

Engineering measurement and sampling
（1）.Inspect the base project, clean sundries in base and smooth in time. Operation site should be clean to ensure environment and operational quality.
（2）.Measure surrounding equipments by tape if compliance with standard size of sports yard. Measure and sampling according to the design drawing if it is not standard size.
（3）.Surface installation
Ⅰ.Place non-woven cloth along the length of field and orientation should be vertical to the turf direction. Firmly adhere the clothes.
Ⅱ.Cut the field lines according to the length specification of drawings. Firmly adhere the line straightly.
Ⅲ.Place the turf in natural specification onto the non-woven cloth and joint the turfs.
Ⅳ.Cut the joint turf neatly and the joint seam should be within 10mm.
Ⅴ.Place joint cloth under cutting district and brush special glue for turf on joint side. Joint and strike for firm connection after merely dry.
Turf joint process
Preparation for joint：
Ⅰ.Clean the bottom of turf, non-woven cloth and seam cloth for jointing and keep the surface dry.
Ⅱ.The operational temperature should be between 0-40℃. Rainy or humid days are not suitable for operation or else the joint will be failed.
Detailed operation procedure:
(1).Smear glue:
Use the brush to smear evenly on the bottom of turf. The repeat of glue will cause bubble or falling. Control the thickness of glue and smearing speed should be proper. Smear respectively on two jointing sides.
(2).Stickiness:
Control proper dry time according to the temperature and humidity etc, generally 10-15 minutes after smearing would be better. Aim at joint for only one time and firmly stick it. Prohibit moving the joint repeatedly.
（3）.Press：
Clear up the surface after stickiness and strike the joint to two sides by special rubber hammer to make the joint firmer.
（4）.Solidifying：
Solidifying period generally lasts for 3 days and the intensity will be inspected after 10 days. Therefore it should carefully maintain the solidifying to avoid over-expose, water or movement so as to attain the optimum joint.
（5）.Clean up the fragment of field after joint and before filling quartz and rubber grain.
Quartz sand pavement technology
（1）.arenaceous quartz process：
Adopt specific arenaceous quartz to fix grass. Fill quartz to keep the grass above ground within 10mm. Evenly place rubber grains on the surface of grass. Prohibit sharp grain to prevent athletes from injury.
（2）.Fill the quartz straightly by manual.
（3）.Place arenaceous quartz and rubber grain after placement of artificial turf field materials.
（4）.Place arenaceous quartz by integral method.
（5）.Check if placement of arenaceous quartz is smooth and enough.
Ⅰ.Remove all sundries during placement to ensure smoothness.
Ⅱ.Brush repeatedly by hard brush to make arenaceous quartz tight after placement of arenaceous quartz.
Ⅲ.The same process for placement of rubber grains.
