The imitation of artificial turf grass-like fibers, implanted in the woven fabric, painted on the back from the fixed effect coating with a natural grass athletic performance of chemical products. Nylon (Nylon): is the first artificial grass fiber material, belongs to the first generation of artificial grass fibers.
Material Structure: artificial turf consists of three layers of materials. Base layer is made of compacted soil, gravel and asphalt or concrete layer. Requires a solid base layer, deformation, surface smooth and impermeable, namely general concrete venue. Due to the large area hockey venue, must handle the construction of the base layer to prevent subsidence. If laying concrete layer, after curing of concrete expansion joints to be cut out, to prevent thermal expansion deformation and fracture. Above the base layer is a buffer layer, usually composed of rubber or foam. Rubber elastic medium, thickness 3 ~ 5mm. Foam with low cost, but poor elasticity, thickness 5 ~ 10mm, too thick lawn too soft, and easy to depression; too thin lack of elasticity, will not achieve buffer. The buffer layer must be firmly attached to the base layer, usually with white latex or all-purpose adhesive paste.
The third layer is the surface layer, for the divot. According to the surface shape manufacturing plush turf, circular curled nylon turf, turf leafy polypropylene fibers, nylon and other prepared permeable turf. This layer must also be used in the rubber or foam adhesive on milk. Glue must be comprehensive, in turn pressed against the construction firm, not wrinkled.
