Every industry, every product has its fixed jargon, artificial turf as well. Here to explain the artificial turf of several key terminology:
1. spacing, line spacing is the distance between each ridge and each ridge when the artificial turf weave, usually in inches, the average spacing 3/4 inch and 3/8 inches, 5/8 inches, 5/16 inch, 5/32 inches, and so on, for example in terms of metric units: 3/4 inch = 1.905 cm.
2. stitch, stitch refers artificial turf knitting needle of each number of the ridge, which is the same as with carpet weaving.
3. cluster density, cluster density refers to the number of stitches per square meter in the tufting.
4. fineness fineness means every blade of grass silk 10,000 meters of weight in grams calculated in terms of the relative quality of the heavier weight of the pile will be better.
5. The end of cloth, usually at the end of cloth into a double or single base fabric, double the base fabric and some will end at pp underneath a layer of mesh fabric, which would effectively prevent fracture of the base fabric case.
